Southwest Idaho ENT is centrally located at the Liberty Medical Park, 900 N. Liberty St., Suite 400, Boise, Idaho 83704 (near Saint Alphonsus Hospital).

• If you are coming from north Boise, take I-80 going west and get off at the N. Curtis Road exit. Turn left and continue until you arrive at Emerald Street. At the intersection of Emerald and Curtis, turn right and continue to Liberty Street (which will be on the right). Turn right and then park in the parking lot in front of the Liberty Office Building.

• If you are coming from west Boise or Meridian, you can either take Fairview going east or I-80 going east.

• Take Fairview to N. Curtis Road and turn right. Continue to Emerald Street and turn right. Then continue to Liberty Street and turn right. You can park in the parking lot in front of the Liberty Office Building.

• If taking I-80 going east, take the Franklin exit. Turn right and continue to Curtis Road. Turn left and continue to Emerald Street. Then turn left and continue to Liberty Street. Turn right and park in the parking lot in front of the Liberty Office Building.
