Clinic Nursing Staff - RN/LPN/MA

We are seeking a full-time RN, LPN or MA to work with our physicians in our Boise location.  We are a single specialty clinic with locations in Boise and Nampa, and we are open Monday through Friday.  Salary is dependent on experience, and comprehensive benefits are available.

Successful candidates must have demonstrated experience in the following area:

  • Assist health care providers with examinations and procedures.
  • Performing independent, comprehensive telephone and clinical triaging, and facilitate care coordination through a multidisciplinary approach.
  • Recognize and report abnormal test results, changes in symptoms and the need for follow-up care.
  • Coordinate patient referrals to support services provided through the internal and external community,
  • Assist with patient and staff education.

Surgery Center

ENT Certified Scrub Technician position opening at Southwest Idaho Surgery Center. 

Requirements:  Must be a graduate of an accredited Operating Room Technician Program. 

Current Surgical Technologist Certification.  Current BLS. 
Prior CST experience preferred. 
Will be required to obtain privileges at both Saint Alphonsus Hospital and Saint Luke’s Hospital to assist our ENT physicians. 

Schedule: Monday – Friday.  Shift flexibility required due to variable surgery schedule and case volumes.  No weekends, holidays, or call shifts required. 

 

Sterile Processing Tech

Southwest Idaho Surgery Center is looking for a sterile processing tech to join their team. 

Job Description:  Responsible for the decontamination, cleaning, assembling, packaging, sterilization, and storage of ENT surgical instrumentation.  Responsible for the maintenance and organization of all instrument sets.  Responsible for identifying instrument repair needs, ensuring all instruments are complete, functioning properly, appropriately sterilized, and prepared for surgery.    Participates in the quality control measures and performs environmental maintenance duties as needed.  The sterile processing tech is responsible for maintaining supply inventory, keeping the department clean, labeled, and organized.  Upholds established departmental policies and procedures, participates in quality improvement, safety policies, and infection control procedures. 

Hours:  0900-1730, with slight variation based on surgery schedule and staffing needs.

Schedule:  Monday-Friday.  No weekends, holidays, or call shifts.   

Requirements:  Current BLS.  Sterile processing certification obtained within first year of employment.
