Clinic Nursing Staff - RN/LPN/MA

We are seeking a full-time RN, LPN or experienced MA to work with our physicians.  We are a single specialty clinic with locations in Boise and Nampa, and we are open Monday through Friday.  Salary is dependent on experience, and comprehensive benefits are available.

Successful candidates must have demonstrated experience in the following area:

  • Assist health care providers with examinations and procedures.
  • Performing independent, comprehensive telephone and clinical triaging, and facilitate care coordination through a multidisciplinary approach.
  • Recognize and report abnormal test results, changes in symptoms and the need for follow-up care.
  • Coordinate patient referrals to support services provided through the internal and external community,
  • Assist with patient and staff education.

Surgery Center RN Job Description: Provides surgical patients through assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing care throughout the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases. Activities performed by the perioperative nurse include patient evaluation, creating and maintaining a sterile and safe environment, preoperative and postoperative teaching, monitoring physiologic and psychological status, integration and coordination of care across settings and among disciplines, patient advocacy, and efficient provision of resources.  Functioning in the roles of pre-operative nurse, circulating nurse, and post-operative nurse.  Work closely with a variety of patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals. A variety of duties, learning opportunities, technology, and teaching opportunities.

Desirable skills: Must be able to accept responsibility, provide direction to others, coordinate the patient’s healthcare plan, collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals, and determine when consultation is needed. Along with interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills, and flexibility, physical strength and stamina to position patients, transport equipment, and standing for long periods of time.

Schedule:  Part-Time or Full-Time positions available.  Hours range from 6:00am-6:00 pm, 8, 9, or 10-hour shifts available.

Education: Registered Nurse

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS within the first year of employment
